September 23rd

Dear Parents and Carers,

A big thank you to Cameron D’s family, who have

kindly donated some lovely musical instruments.

They will really help to make our new music area even better!

Visits

On Thursday, Year 5 enjoyed a literacy workshop at Orchard School Bristol.

Alkima and Azzra write:-

“Yesterday we went to Orchard and made a puppet show. When we walked into the huge reception,

everybody was excited. A teacher called Becca told us an Aztec story and then we made puppets using

materials. We then practiced telling the story and then went to the studio to film it.”

We will look forward to seeing the DVD in assembly soon!

Fun Day

What a fantastic day we had last Saturday, despite the rain!

Thank you to all the families, staff and governors who gave their time to make it such a success. A special thanks to Ellen for organising it and for Mr Harris and his band for providing such great entertainment. Lastly, but most importantly, thank you to all of our families for coming and making it such a brilliant day.
