Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you for all your efforts to get the children to school in the snow and ice! Thank you to all the teachers as well for working so hard at getting to school so we have been able to remain open for the majority of the time.
Next week we will be using the playground entrance to school again. The Children Centre entrance will be just for Children Centre parents and breakfast club.

Learning outside the classroom
The Year 1 and 2 trip to the CLC @Brislington will be reorganised.
The school choir from Horfield C of E Primary will be visiting us next Wednesday. After this, Mr Seddon, Miss Hayes and Mrs Hayes will be running a KS1 and a KS2 choir in school. Please look out for further details.
Y5 andY6 will start their after school club at Bristol Rovers next Wednesday now.
The life line bus has been reorganised for March.
Lost Property
Please put names into all of your child’s clothes. Please also check they have taken home the correct coat!
Celebration Assembly
Friday assemblies will be at 9:10am this term. All parents welcome!
Community Group News
Dads Group
We are still trying to set up a Dad’s group, we are thinking an evening or weekend group maybe better. If you have any ideas or are interested please contact Pam Slater.
Post-Natal Group

Parenting Group
Thursday mornings are the parenting course, on this qualifications can be attained, the group is friendly and relaxed. All are welcome. After the group we can now cook lunch in our new kitchen in the parent’s room, take photos and make books to share with your children.
Toy Library
Friday mornings Toy Library is in the Parents Room. Parents and careers can borrow lots of our growing amount of toys and books.
