December 16th
Dear Parents and Carers,
I would like to wish all our children, families and staff a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Arts Day
Marlyna and Cameron write:- On Friday, we had Arts Day. In Year 3 we made sports action models. First we used metal to make the shapes, Marlyna made a cheerleader and Cameron made a baseball player. We covered the metal frames with newspaper and glue and tape. Then we painted it. Lots of mums and dads came to help us. During the day everybody watched a puppet show about the nativity story, it was funny especially the camels.
In the afternoon it was the trashion show lots of children showed off the clothes they had made from recycled
materials and learnt about recycling. Mrs Wong even went down the catwalk in her recycled hat. Dance club also did an amazing dance we were all impressed!
A big thank you to all the parents and carers who came to show there support and the teachers for their hard work!
School Nativity
On Wednesday, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 treated the parents to a performance of their Christmas play. The children did a fantastic job performing and we all
enjoyed seeing them shine! Thank you to the parents who came to support us and the teachers for their hard work.
